RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.  All sales are final and nonrefundable.  If you are unsatisfied with a gift or an item included please email info@southpinegiftco.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, we will replace it for you.  Please snap a photo of the item and email info@southpinegiftco.com within 24 hours of arrival for assistance.

SHIPPING

Packages are processed within 1-2 days and shipped via UPS (physical addresses only) or USPS Priority Mail (P.O. boxes). Other carriers are available at the current rate.  Please contact us for special requests and bulk orders at info@southpinegiftco.com.  All items are shipped and packaged as luxury gifts and do not include purchase details. If a package is returned undeliverable we will contact you and re-ship to a different address at the current rate.

Weekend shipping: orders received on Friday after 12pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

We cannot guarantee delivery times after packages leave our studio due to unforseen events causing carrier delay.

TAX

We comply with taxes in accordance with the state of Washington.
