Corporate Gifting Guidelines

Corporate gifts can be overwhelming. Using elevated gifts in business can solidify relationships with clients, show employees how much you care and leave a lasting impression for future referrals. Here are some tips and guidelines to help you get started.

Intention

Be thoughtful and purposeful with product selections for gifts that last and will be remembered.

Give a personal gift that they will not immediately throw away or give to someone else. If it feels thoughtful and special they will use the items and think of the sender when they do.

Branding

Logo placement and branded items can determine whether it is a marketing item or a gift of appreciation.

Logos should always be tastefully placed. If it is intended to be a marketing tool then logos are to be expected. If it is intended to show appreciation then we suggest just one branded product or not using any and instead adding logos to the packaging.

Timing is everything

Sending gifts at unexpected times during the year can make a big impression and help your business stand out.

Occasions such as Independence Day, National Hot Chocolate Day or the turn of the New Year are not usually thought of as major gifting holidays and, therefore, not many people are receiving packages during that time. A great way to stand out is to send a gift when it is unexpected and they are unlikely to receive anything else during that time.
